What Xodus Vault is — and what it is not.

What Vault does

Xodus Vault is an online group ledger. It records every contribution, tracks who has paid and who is late, shows whose turn it is to receive the pot, and keeps a permanent history every member can see. It replaces the notebook, the WhatsApp thread, and the disputes.

What Vault does not do

Xodus Vault does not hold, process, or route your money — not your contributions, not your payouts. Members send contributions directly to their group's treasurer, however their group has agreed: Mobile Money, bank transfer, Wise, Zelle, cash, or any method that works for them. The treasurer manages the actual funds and logs every contribution and payout here, exactly as in a traditional njangi — just with a shared, permanent record instead of a notebook. The only payment Vault ever touches is your group's own monthly platform subscription.

Full transparency. Zero surprises. The same trust your circle already has — just better recorded.
